 This is one of the quickest curries one can make to satisfy the hunger for delicious Rajasthani food.     Let's start with the list of ingredients (Serves-2)   1. Three to Four Papad.   2. One finely chopped Onion and Four green chilies.   3. Ginger & Garlic paste.   4. One Coffee spoon each of Turmeric Powder, Red chili powder, Coriander powder, Mustard seeds, Garam masala and Asafoetida.           5. Salt to taste.   6. Coriander leaves to garnish.   7. Five Table spoon oil.   Steps to Cook    1. Put oil in the Pan and keep the flame low. You can use oil of your choice - I am using Mustard oil as it goes well with this dish.   2.
